GORU Is Our Official Automation and RPA Partner
Web Wizards is pleased to announce our official partnership with GORU, our automation and robotic process automation (RPA) partner. Our upcoming collaboration brings GORU's process automation expertise alongside our work in custom software, cloud systems and AI.

Helping the work move between systems
A business can have a good website, a capable accounting package and a useful customer database, yet still depend on someone to move information between them. An order arrives in one place. A staff member re-enters it somewhere else. Another person downloads a report, adjusts a spreadsheet and sends an update.
Those steps become part of the working day. As volumes grow, they can also become the reason a team falls behind, even when each individual application works well.
Our partnership with GORU is about addressing that space between systems: the repeated actions, document handling and manual handovers that connect a business's software to its daily operations.
Meet GORU
GORU works in business automation, with services covering RPA, intelligent document processing and AI agents that operate within defined rules and limits. Its work includes helping teams handle routine application tasks, extract information from documents and pass exceptions to a person for review.
That focus fits the operational problems our clients bring us: the information is already available, but using it still takes too many repetitive steps. You can explore the approach on GORU's services page.
What we bring together
Web Wizards: the software around the business Custom websites, web applications, portals, integrations, cloud systems and AI features, shaped around how a team needs to work and how its customers interact with it.
GORU: automation across the working process RPA and process automation expertise for repetitive tasks, document workflows and the steps that move information through existing business applications.
What RPA means in everyday work
RPA uses software to carry out repeatable actions in business applications. A digital worker might open a report, read the required fields, enter records into another system and save the result according to an agreed set of rules.
This can be useful when a team relies on existing software that still requires work through its screens. Where a suitable API is available, a direct integration may be a better fit. The right approach depends on the applications, the process and the kinds of exceptions people handle today.
AI can support other parts of the same workflow, such as interpreting a document or sorting an incoming request. The important design question is what the system can act on, what needs checking and when a person should take over.
The kinds of workflows this could support
Consider an invoice that arrives by email. A possible workflow would collect the document, extract the relevant information, check it against the required records and present it for approval before the next step. The value comes from making that whole sequence easier to manage.
Another opportunity could be a recurring operations report: gathering exports from several systems, applying consistent checks and preparing a summary for the team. Or it could be the repeated task of moving an approved request from a customer portal into an internal application.
These are examples of the work the partnership can explore. Each project starts with the actual process, the information involved and the outcome the business wants to improve.
Start with one process you know well
A useful starting point is a task your team can demonstrate from beginning to end. What triggers it? Which applications does it touch? What makes a record valid? Which decisions need an approval, and what happens when something is missing?
Answering those questions gives an automation project a clear scope. It also makes the result easier to assess: time spent on each run, records requiring correction, turnaround time and the number of cases that still need manual attention.
We look forward to developing this work with GORU and helping businesses connect their digital systems more closely to the work their people do every day.
Show us the task your team keeps repeating
If there is a process your team repeats every day or every week, tell us how it works. We can discuss where custom software, integration or automation with GORU could help.
